IDOT - 063 - Reconstruction of West Morris Street The proposed reconstruction project is located on Morris Street from the west side of the intersection with 2 nd Street to the edge of pavement at IL Route 157 (Main Street). The project length is 1,102 feet (0.209 miles). The work on this project consists of removals, earthwork, cement modified soils, aggregate base, HMA binder and surface courses, sidewalk, driveway pavement, culverts, storm sewer and drainage structures, thermoplastic pavement markings, seeding and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work in the above-described Section according to the plans, specifications and special provisions.
