Provide all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the renovation or the North side of building 19-101 Hangar (bathrooms, HVAC and LED lighting) at the Fort Indiantown Gap Pennsylvania National Guard Training Center, located in Annville, Lebanon County, PA and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the renovation or the North side of building 19-101 Hangar (bathrooms, HVAC and LED lighting) at the Fort Indiantown Gap Pennsylvania National Guard Training Center, located in Annville, Lebanon County, PA and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. Location: Area 19, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA ESTIMATED RANGE: 1 General - $1,000,001 - $1,500,000, 2 HVAC - $1,500,001 - $2,000,000, 3 Plumbing - $200,001 - $400,000, and 4 Electrical - $1,500,001 - $2,000,000 Liquidated Damages = (.1) $370.00 per day, (.2) $500.00 per day, (.3) $130.00 per day, (.4) $500.00 per day - Subject to change depending on which Base Bid the program office chooses. There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB, and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works.
