Site work for a mixed-use development in Brewerton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the removal of the existing boat launch and the construction of an enlarged poured-in-place concrete boat ramp to include stone rip rap at the toe of the new concrete pad. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Bidders are informed that this project is being progressed /funded by the Onondaga County Department of Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with funding from the County of Onondaga. This project will be subject to NYS prevailing wage, affirmative action, minority and women business enterprise requirements and tax exemption as a capital improvement project.
