Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority an Authority of the State of Georgia is soliciting statements of qualifications from Construction Management / General Contractor (CM/GC) firms interested in providing Construction Manager At-Risk services for a project known as Lake Lanier Islands Conference Center, a new facility, to be constructed in Hall County, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP) seeks to identify potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms that respond to this RFQ, and who are determined by the Owner to be sufficiently qualified may be deemed eligible for further consideration and may be eligible for further consideration. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions and terms communicated in RFQ and should follow instructions carefully. LLIDA retains the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or subsequent submittals and/or proposals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, and retains the right to cancel or conclude this procurement at any time without selecting a firm to provide the described services. The final terms of any Agreement contemplated by this procurement will comply with the final terms and conditions of the Owner, subject, in all cases, to compliance with the applicable laws of the of the State of Georgia.
