The Contractor Shall Comply With Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Osha) Training Requirements. Pursuant to 285.530 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, the Contractor Shall Execute an Affidavit and Provide Documentation That Contractor is Enrolled and Participates in a Federal Work Authorization Program in Respect to Employees That Will Work in Connection With the Services Related to This Project for the Duration of the Project as a Condition of the Contract.
