Asbestos Abatement and Demolition of the existing Education Building located at 901 13th St. South, Birmingham, AL 35294 and construction of Phase I of the new Science and Engineering Complex to house teaching labs, research labs and faculty offices for the departments of Biology, Physics and Chemistry. New building approx. 140,000 sq. ft. The following are required to prequalify to bid: Prime Contractors licensed for the above scope of work. Submission due before PreBid Conference Prime Contractors that are properly licensed for this type of work are required to prequalify in order to bid.
