Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Oceanside, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this contract includes drilling, construction, development, and testing of two to three new injection wells referred to as IW-1, IW-3 and IW-6. IW-1 shall be located on Coco Palms Drive, approximately 50 feet south of the intersection of Cherrystone Street. IW-3 shall be located at the end of the cul-de-sac on Alipaz Court. IW-6 shall be located approximately 700 feet south of IW-1 on Coco Palms Drive. The wells shall be drilled using the fluid reverse circulation rotary drilling method. The sequence of construction shall be continuous and consecutive, with final development and testing to commence within 10 days of completion of initial development (by airlifting and swabbing). Project Duration: 102 Work Days All questions or requests for information of a technical nature should be directed to the Project Manager. Liquidated Damages: $6,000.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required Engineer's Estimated Cost: $0 to $1,500,000 License Type Required: A or C-57
