PROJECT SITE NO.(s) KY157-06, KY157-08 & KY157-12 Site Water Distribution Piping, Concrete Replacement, Cluster Mailbox & Landscaping Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a Guaranty or Surety Company listed in the latest issue of U. S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U. S. Treasury Circular No. 570. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. The Contract will be subject to the "Section 3" Clause, see Document 00715 - General Conditions, Article 40, calling for utilization of low-income businesses and individuals from the project area where feasible.
