Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Langley, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Separate sealed bids for the installation of Hardwood Gym Flooring on the Floyd County Community Center- Phase II The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit their bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Convert Case | Convert upper case to lower case, lower case to upper case and more! Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Prevailing Wage Rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and 11246, Title VI and other requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide the Owner with a $2,000,000 General Liability and a $2,000,000 Workers Compensation naming Floyd County Fiscal Court as the Certificate Holders. Minority and Female Owned bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
