Scott County will issue a Sales Tax Exemption certificate to the contractors and/or subcontractors for materials, supplies, and equipment incorporated into the project. See Bid Form for additional information. Scope of Work: The project scope of work generally consists of the construction of seven (7) new radio communications sites for Scott County, Iowa. The sites include (5) new towers and (2) collocations on existing tower. New tower procurement and construction work is required as part of this project. Work at the sites generally includes providing and installing prefabricated precast equipment shelters, backup generator systems, ice bridges, chain link fenced compounds, site grounding systems and other general site improvements.
