Renovation of an educational facility in Bettendorf, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,900-square-foot educational facility.
Restoration of roof. Location- Paul Norton Elementary School 4485 Greenbrier Rd Bettendorf, IA 52722 **1. Bidders may obtain a maximum of two sets of Bid Documents. Additional sets will be available at cost. 2. Deposit will be refunded to each bidder if Bid Documents are returned complete and in good condition, within 7 days after bid opening. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.** Roof restoration work can begin at Paul Norton Elementary School after the last day of school, currently scheduled for Friday, June 3rd, 2022. All work must be complete no later than 3:30 p.m. on Friday, August 12th, 2022. a. Area of Roof: 50,900 sq. ft. b. Description of Work: Restore existing EPDM roof membrane 1. Contractor shall keep complete roofing specification and approved submittal drawing on the roof at all times during the work. 2. If required paperwork is not present on the roof, the project may be immediately shut down at owner discretion. 3. All costs associated with such shut downs shall be the contractor's responsibility.
