For construction of approximately 2.590 linear feet of water main which includes 2,560 linear feet of 18 ductile iron and 30 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main installed by open trench methods, 2 manual air release assemblies, 3 fire hydrants, 2 gate valves, a master meter vault, and a tie-in to the existing water Muskingum County Water distribution system and other appurtenances. Each Bidder must submit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders. All work done under this contract shall be subject to all State Prevailing Wage rates and rules. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All Contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Domestic iron and steel use requirements as specified in H.R. 3547 "Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014" apply to this project. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Muskingum County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all Bids.
