Site work and paving for a civil project in Pelkie, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Installation of a 10 span x 4 rise precast concrete box culvert, stone bedding, structure backfill, riprap, slope restoration, ditch cleanout, aggregate road surface restoration and traffic control. - No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Owner in an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid deadline. S - Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) prequalification classification for each project is 200 Ea. Bidders must have the proper classification and numerical rating required for the work bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
