The USPFO for Ohio Purchasing and Contracting - Mansfield ANG Office, is issuing this Solicitation notice for Project No: PBXP 169102 - Add/Alter Building 403 Corrosion Control, at Mansfield Air National Guard Base (MANGB), Mansfield, Ohio. This project is for performance of construction services to provide an addition and renovation of a corrosion control facility for the installation to support the C-130H Hercules airlift mission. The facility requires an environmentally controlled area for corrosion treatment, corrosion repair, paint stripping, and the repainting of limited portions of an aircraft. Work for the project includes, but is not limited to the items listed below and incidental related work. The construction/contract duration is estimated to be between 270 and 300 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed, to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish all required services. Optional Bid Items will be included in solicitation, in following order of priority: Option 1: Additional Corrosioon Work Area Option 2: Air Shower Option 3: Motorized Overhead Door Option 4: Blast-resistant Windows In accordance with FAR 14.101(d), bids will be evaluated without discussions.
