These services include but are not limited to, the demolition of existing digester, digester facilities siting, associated yard piping, modifications to existing process control, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Provide other engineering services such as preparing a Biosolids Management Plan along with other associated services as specified in the RFP documents.To be a Time and Material Contract, awarded with a not-to-exceed sum. Minimum experience requirements:Successful design of three (3) digester replacement projects within the last five (5) years. Past project experiences shall include the design of similar size and complexity facility, if not larger. Must have experience in developing construction sequence without impacting operations of 24/7 operating facility where coordinated shutdowns and construction sequencing is critical to project success. The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The Department will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service.
