Site work for a water / sewer project in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Jacksonville Beach is inviting respondents to furnish Lift Station No. 2 Replacement. The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, testing, and materials for construction of a new Lift Station No. 2 at existing site including site work, mechanical, electrical, piping, valves, pumps, wet well, new generator, rehabilitation of existing Lift Station No. 2 and generator building, installation of approximately 175 linear feet of 24-inch gravity sewer, sanitary manhole, new irrigation system with controller, new vinyl fence/gates, diesel fuel piping and valves from new generator to existing fuel tank, natural gas piping and valves from natural gas line to new generator, 733 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main, approximately 337 linear feet of 16-inch PVC force main, valves, fittings, concrete driveway replacement, asphalt replacement, and all necessary appurtenances complete, in place, and ready for service.
