Concrete Construction and Maintenance The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and means for the proper removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, handicap ramps, driveways, curbing, spillways, slabs and ancillary new concrete portions of same or similar type work within the service area of the City of Jacksonville Beach. The Citys five-year master plan anticipates approximately 5,000 linear feet of sidewalk each year. However, projects may vary in size and the total amount of sidewalk laid or replaced may exceed or not meet annual estimates.
