In General, the Improvements for Which Bids Are Requested Will Consist of the Following: Approximately 10802 Linear Feet of Sanitary Sewer Conduit Lining at 6 Locations Across the City. Sanitary Lateral Connection Reinstatements, Sanitary Lateral Dye Testing, Cleaning and Milling, and Removal of Sanitary Sewer Debris. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the Form of Either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid (Including All Add Alternates) or a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Bid (Including All Add Alternates), as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage Project. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities in Bids, to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Conduct Such Investigation as Necessary to Determine the Lowest and Best Responsible Bidder(S).
