Substantial Completion Date August 28, 2024 Final Completion Date September 27, 2024 Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the Form of Either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid (Including All Add Alternates) or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Bid (Including All Add Alternates), as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Federal Prevailing Wage Project. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities in Bids, to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Conduct Such Investigation As Necessary to Determine the Lowest and Best Responsible Bidder(S). A Dbe Goal of 6% Will Be Used and a Dbe Utilization/form Will Be Submitted Electronically to Odot at electronically All Bidders Shall Be Prequalified by Odot for the Appropriate Type of Work.
