Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Butler County Coroner currently operates two separate facilities for her primary statutory responsibilities: the County morgue and the Coroner’s administrative office located at the County’s Government Services Center. The County desires to combine these two operations into one newly constructed facility adjacent to the 911 Emergency Dispatch and Communication Center. The Firm Team should provide architectural and engineering services to include programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, as-built drawings, and estimates for the construction of the Butler County Coroner’s Administrative Office and Morgue Consolidation. The County reserves the right to waive any defect or technicality in any SOQ received or to eliminate any firm that submits an SOQ that is not responsive to the requirements of this RFQ. Selection is based on professional qualifications, documented experience, and documented experience of key personnel that will be dedicated to the Project, as provided in the RFQ
