The purpose of this courtesy email is to inform you that the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) has issued a formal notification concerning our Advertisement for Sealed Proposals for - Asbestos and Lead Based Paint Abatement, Mold Remediation and Emergency Response Services RFP 20-752-030 has been posted to the DCSD electronically. However, should proposers have questions, all questions should be submitted electronically via email to Belinda Quillet. Questions submitted to any other mail box, voice mail or email address will not be considered for response. The deadline for receipt of vendor questions is November 16 , 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Questions received after the deadline time will not be considered. Questions received by the deadline time will be answered in writing and posted to the electronically. no later than Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. No response other than written, by the Procurement Manager, will be binding upon DCSD. While it is not required, prospective respondents are encouraged to register as a vendor. Prospective respondents must limit their contact regarding this RFP to Mrs.Angela Arlene-Myrick and Mrs. Belinda Quillet the Procurement Manager.
