The City of Garland is accepting sealed bids for the construction of Montclair Additions No. 2 & 3 Paving and Drainage Improvements. The project construction includes approximately 14,640 square yards of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement, 3,478 square yards of 4-inch sidewalk pavement, barrier free ramps, 3,330 linear feet of 21- through 60-inch RCP storm drain, 2,220 linear feet 8-inch PVC water lines, 585 linear feet 8-inch PVC wastewater lines by open cut, 250 linear feet 8-inch wastewater lines by other than open cut and appurtenant items within the Montclair Additions No. 2 & 3. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is approximately $3.9 Million The deadline for submitting questions on this bid is October 4, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required to be uploaded with your bid response. Failure to do so could deem your bid non-responsive. A Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond will be required upon award.
