Base Bid - The project is briefly described as follows: The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of a new treatment building including structural fill, foundations, structure, concrete parking areas and sidewalks, fencing and gates, installation of pre purchased treatment equipment, high service and backwash pumps, backwash recovery and detention tanks, site and plant piping including connections to existing water, sewer, or storm sewer utilities, chemical feed systems, laboratory casework and equipment, electrical including emergency generator and automatic transfer switch, mechanical, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System, miscellaneous site work, demolition of the selected components of the existing treatment structures, utilities, and equipment, including all required spare parts, and other appurtenant work as shown in the plans and described in the specifications. For furnished all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and testing for furnishing and installing a SCADA system for the water treatment facilities in accordance with the plans and specifications. This shall include all required spare parts as listed in the specifications. ALTERNATE BID 1 - Shall include removal and replacement of the existing water treatment facility roof, in its entirety, as identified on the plans.
