Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Wakefield, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development; and conference / convention center.
Questions and substitution requests must be submitted in writing and received by the Architect no later than February 17, 2023. Items received after this date may not be considered. This project involves the interior remodel of an existing Educational Service Unit business office and conference center. Renovations will be focused at the main entrance corridor and the open office spaces for the ESU staff. Work will include new interior finishes, casework, lighting, doors and sidelites, lighting, and HVAC improvements. the existing server room will be expanded, and new small conference rooms will be added for zoom meetings. The building area and height are unchanged. A new fire rated coiling counter door with localized smoke detection will be added to facilitate a new receptionist workstation. The existing building does not include fire sprinklers or a fire alarm. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
