Site work for a water / sewer project in Corolla, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids submitted shall include the following items: One copy of General Contracting License One copy of Bid Form All bids must be made on the required Bid Form. The Bid Form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. Only one copy of the Bid Form is required. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. It is the Contractors responsibility to verify receipt of any bids submitted to the County prior to the deadline. The County may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any all bids. This is an informal bid. Bids will not be publicly opened and read aloud. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 5 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Written questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via e-mail to Bob Scheller at bob@coastales.com no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2020. All questions requiring additional information will be responded in an addendum no later than Monday, July 13, 2020. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents.
