The County of Currituck, North Carolina (County) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified firms (Proposer) for surveying, design, permitting, and construction administration services for approximately 0.3 miles of Corolla Greenway extension in the NCDOT rightof-way along the east and west sides of NC Highway 12 in Corolla, NC (Project). Questions and/or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to Crystal Owens, Contract Purchasing Agent email to Bids@CurrituckCountyNC.gov no later than Thursday, January 18, 2024. All questions requiring additional information will be responded to in an addendum no later than Thursday, January 25, 2024. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit qualifications. The County further reserves the right to reject all offers or award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of Currituck County.
