**As of February 24, 2021, project has been awarded. The award amount is $389,107.03 For all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to replace the exfiltration trench system with a bio-swale detention area and a stormwater drainage system; and to also replace an existing 4" water main with the installation of an 8" DIP water main. In accordance with the provisions of F.S. 255.05, and as required by the Contract Documents, Contractor shall provide, on forms furnished by Owner, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond in an amount not less than the total contract price by a surety company acceptable to Owner. Contractor shall provide, on forms furnished by Owner, a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond in an amount not less than the total contract price covering payments to all claimants. Substantial completion shall be within One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days. Final completion shall be in One Hundred and Sixty-five (165) calendar days
