If federal or state law or local ordinances do not allow for the fencing on the property, the contractor will install the fence as close to the property as is allowable without application for variances or special use permits. (ex, if an ordinance requires a 20 front set-back from a public right of way, the eight foot fence will be installed 20 feet from the right of way.)
