The City of West Palm Beach, Florida is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide athletic field maintenance services at various City Parks. Services shall include mowing, aerification, topdressing, fertilization, irrigation, pest management, and field clay for baseball/softball infield and pitchers mound and other ancillary areas of the sports fields. Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date and time. Envelope Must Be Identified as RFP No. 23-24-204 ES Athletic Field Maintenance IMPORTANT: Contact by a Bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this solicitation with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, or City employee other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division is grounds for disqualification.
