Town of Palm Beach Central Fire Station Fuel Tank Remediation and Replacement. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
