The Town of Orange requests bid for the inspection and maintenance of its town building generators. List on Bid document. Yearly inspection and maintenance to be done twice a year. The Town of Orange (Town) requests bids for the inspection and maintenance of its generators located at the following buildings: a. High Plains Community Center, 525 Orange Center Road b. Highway Garage, 308 Lambert Road c. Police Station, 314 Lambert Road d. Fire Station No. 2, 355 Boston Post Road e. Town Hall, 617 Orange Center Road (including equipment in Fire Sta. No. 1, next door) f. Silverbrook Congregate Housing, 100 Red Cedar Road Includes SBE/MBE Requirements - No Qualified Partnership - No All questions shall be submitted by email to the Director of Public Works at bbrinton@orange-ct.gov. All questions will be answered by email. Any question received after 4:00 p.m. on July 16, 2020, will not be answered. Bidders are requested to provide contact information to the town by emailing snapoli@orange-ct.gov and bbrinton@orange-ct.gov, to ensure that they receive bid addenda, notice of rescheduling of the mandatory pre-bid site visit (for example, due to weather), and other notifications.
