Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sandy, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,381-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; 26-space sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Estimate Range: $4.5 Million to $5 Million (US Dollars) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Schedule: Notice to Proceed to Final Completion is 225 Days Permit Costs: $177,472.26 (US Dollars) The awarded Contractor is fully expected to include this cost into their bid price. Contractor to work directly with the City of Sandy for all Permits (i.e. Grading/Erosion Control, Site Utilities, Building, and Plumbing). The City of Sandy signed off on the Permits on February 23, 2021.
