The Base Bid Will Include Milling, Resurfacing, Ada Curb Ramps, Mobilization and Demobilization in the Following Areas: North Walnut Street, From Us Hwy 36 to Prairie Knoll, and High Street, From Church Street to North Walnut. This Project is Proposed for Summer/fall 2020. The Project, Which is Funded From Town Funds and a Community Crossings Grant, Will Be Constructed in Up to One (1) Contract Division. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Bid. Any Bid May Be Withdrawn Prior to the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids. All Bids Received Shall Remain Valid and in Force for 60 Calendar Days After the Date of Bid Opening. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids in Whole or in Part as Specified in the Solicitation When It is Not in the Best Interest of the Governmental Body as Determined by the Purchasing Agency in Accordance With Ic 5-22-18-2.
