Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in High Level, Alberta. Working plans call for the construction of a 237,000-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; and fitness / recreation center.
Construction of a new proposed Multi-Use Facility to include a 25-metre lap pool; 3 regulation sized basketball courts; a running track on the 2nd level; three (3), 150 m2 fitness classrooms; regulation sized ice hockey rink as well curling sheets with second level spectator seating. TIMELINE: Project is on hold. Scope of work is subject to change. Jen-Col Construction was engaged in 2024 to provide pre-construction consultancy services. Further update may be available in 2026. *Construction cost is expected to be reduced to $60 million or less. *Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted by the architect.
