Construction of a new proposed Multi-Use Facility to include a 25-metre lap pool; 3 regulation sized basketball courts; a running track on the 2nd level; three (3), 150 m2 fitness classrooms; regulation sized ice hockey rink as well curling sheets with second level spectator seating. TIMELINE: Project is undergoing redesign. Scope of work is expected to be reduced. Jen-Col Construction has been engaged to provide pre-construction consultancy services. Construction is not expected in 2024. Complete scope of work and project schedules may be confirmed fall/winter 2024. *Construction cost is expected to be reduced to $60 million or less. *Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted by the architect.
