Contractor to specify, Depth of Bury, Materials, and Spacing of Poles Engineered Trusses @ 48" on center 24" overhang 28 Gauge Exterior Wall Cladding White White to match shop and Tile Red Trim 28 Gauge Exterior Roof Tile Red to match the shop and White White Trim. Ice Rake / Snow Control System for Roof 2 x 6 SPF strapping on walls and roof @ minimum 24" on center 2 – 20 x16 overhead door with an electric operator on the south wall 1 – 12 x12 overhead door with an electric operator on the south wall 3 - 3 x 6' 8" Man Doors, two on the south one on the north wall. Minimum 8 Gable Vents
