Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Fred Meijer Flat River Trail Phase 2 was completed in 2006. The City of Greenville wishes to seal cracks and surface coat this section of Trail, which extends from Franklin Street to Hillcrest Street. The Trail includes 3 segments that are separated by boardwalks as shown on the Project Map. There are several potholes that require filling, along with crack sealing and surface sealing with an emulsion sealcoat. Some root lift is occurring across the trail that needs to be cut and removed and is included as part of the preparation work. The trail is 43,641 square feet. ACCESSIBILITY: Segment 8 is accessible from Hillcrest Street. Segment 9 is accessible from Mills and Karn Streets. Segment 10 is accessible from Franklin Street. All questions from BIDDERS, regarding any part of the Plans or Project Manual, shall be directed in writing to: Doug Hinken, City Engineer City of Greenville 411 S. Lafayette Street Greenville, MI 48838 It is anticipated that this work should be completed by August 30, 2022.
