Site work for a water / sewer project in Pekin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 17, 2020 this project has been awarded to Leander Construction in the amount of $3,803,006.54 Bids shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and services necessary and required to perform the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Long Term Control Plan Improvements Phase 3A as set forth in the Contract Documents. This work includes but is not limited to large diameter sewer installation, excavation, concrete, Front Street Railroad grad crossing, electrical and demolition A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Pekin or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid for the Divisions bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
