Tazewell-Mason Counties Special Education Association, Pekin, Illinois is requesting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) which are capable of providing comprehensive energy management and energy related capital improvement services to our Cooperative facilities in accordance with the provisions of Illinois School Code 105 ILCS 5, Arti-cle 19b. Tazewell-Mason Counties Special Education Association objective in issuing this RFP is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single provider to fulfill all aspects of this project. TazewellMason Counties Special Education Association may elect to implement further improvement measures in phases pursuant to the final contract. The work to be included in the contract may include upgrades to or replacement of equipment included in, but would not be limited to, the following systems: roofs, lighting, heating, air conditioning, temperature control, mechanical, domestic water, security, fire alarm, doors, and windows.
