Renovation of a multi-residential development in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
For furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental Technical questions regarding the plans, specifications, and scope of work may be directed to Alison Woznicki of Travaux/Housing Authority, 414-209-1805, alison.daase@travauxinc.com. Prospective bidders who wish to inspect the construction site before submitting a bid may contact Ms. Woznicki to make arrangements. Administrative questions specifically about Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE), and WHEDA requirements may be directed to Gabriel DeVougas of the Housing Authority, 414-286-2940, gmdevou@hacm.org. The Housing Authority will assist bidders/contractors in developing a plan to comply with Section 3, EBE, and WHEDA requirements. Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents. This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond.
