The Housing Authority will assist bidders/contractors in developing a plan to comply with Section 3, EBE, and WHEDA requirements. Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents. This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond.
