Broad ST. STE A1118-A1120, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518 All work must be completed within 90 calendar days. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after time designated for receipt of Bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
