Plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered, fully sprinkled, single-story, welding and classroom facility. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates shall be accompanying the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Refer to Bid Book documents for Bid Security instructions. All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. Bidders are to refer to Construction Manager's Bid Book for the listing of individual bid packages. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Statutory Bond: Equal to 100 percent of Contract Sum. Performance Bond Amount: Equal to 100 percent of Contract Sum Further it is understood that the Completion Date for the entire project is JULY 30, 2021, and that our work will be completed in such a manner as to not delay the overall completion date.
