The work covers an estimated 40 aerobic drip and water service lines in Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Sequoyah, and Wagoner counties. Indian Preference applies to all requests for bids or proposals. Proof of TERO certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office must accompany submittals to receive preference. The successful bidder must comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements. Southern counties include: Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Sequoyah and Wagoner. The purchase order will be from date of award notification through the end ofthe fiscal year for Cherokee Nation, September 30, 2026, with the option to renew based upon satisfactory performance, funding availability, and mutual agreement of both parties through September 30, 2028.
