Renovation of a municipal facility in Colby, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work for the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Provide new fire sprinkler system throughout existing building. Provide all associated site work and interior work as indicated on plans for a full and complete sprinkler system. 2. Contractor shall install new fire service lateral to building from existing City water main. Contractor shall provide all necessary trenching, excavation, boring, pavement replacement, final grading and seeding as required to install new fire service lateral. 3. Contractor shall remove and reinstall existing floor as required for installation of new fire sprinkler service entrance riser. 4. Contractor shall remove and reinstall existing ceilings as required for installation of work. 5. Contractor shall install protective cage or closet around new fire sprinkler service entrance riser per drawings. 6. Contractor shall install additional fire alarm devices and provide interconnections to the existing fire alarm system as required for new fire sprinkler service entrance.
