Renovation of an office development in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,000-square-foot office development.

The building is five stores and consists of sloped and flat roofs. The project involves removing the sloped clay roof and replacing it with a metal roofing system to include all associated flashing, trim, and gutters. The awarded contractor will further remove and replace existing built-up roofing, insulation, and flashing. The finished roof will utilize a new 2-ply roof system with ridged insulation and new flashing. This project will be bid and constructed using the attached documents provided by Terracon Consulting and Engineering and Scientists. The Contractor should also meet the following mandatory minimum requirements: Licensed Florida Roofing Contractor EMR Score (Insurance Rating) less than or equal to 1.0 pass higher than 1.0 fail State of Florida Corporate Registration Maintained a business office located within the State of Florida for at least the past two years. The Contractor shall have been in business under the present company name for a minimum of five (5) years and shall not have been declared in default on any contract within that time.
