The County of Spotsylvania, VA is seeking bids from qualified Contractorsto provide construction services and materials for the roof removal, disposal and roof replacement at the Ni River Water Treatment Plant. The project consists of removal and disposal of existing roof and replacing a new roof of approximately 3,050 square feet. The successful Contractor shall perform all construction activities and provide all construction management, necessary tools, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, and supervision to complete the Project as described herein. The successful Contractor shall fulfill the obligations of any Contract resulting from this IFB at the direction of the County and follow accordingly all federal, state and local regulations. Questions from Bidders must be received by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division by July 24, 2020 at noon. Spotsylvania County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, and to waive informalities. Spotsylvania County reserves the right to award any contract resulting from this IFB to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder, resulting in a contract that is most advantageous and in the best interest of Spotsylvania County. Spotsylvania County shall be the sole judge of the bids and the resulting contract that best serves the public interest, and Spotsylvania County's decision shall be final.
