As of January 11, 2024, a general contractor was awarded and construction is complete. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Work includes but is not limited to: CSC, demolition, drainage, rockeries, curbs, curb ramps, concrete paving & curbing, decorative cobble paving, furnishings, site preparation for owner provided & installed interpretive boulders, boulders, logs, landscape planting, lawn restoration and irrigation systems. Play equipment & safety surfacing to be furnished by owner and installed by contractor. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Parks type of project with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
