Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of September 2,2020 project was awarded to Barnhill Contracting Company awarded amount not yet confirmed. The start and completion date was not determined yet. Base Bid includes 1,043 SY of Patching of Existing Asphalt, 2,080 SY of Milling of Existing Asphalt, Repair of Existing Catch Basin, 1,750 Tons of Asphalt Overly of Existing Streets and Alternate Bid that includes 110 LF of New Sidewalk and 20 LF of Replacement of Existing Sidewalk, Installation of ADA Compliant Curb Ramps. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
