Proposals will be received by the City of Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz, California, for the following project: Highway 1 & 9 Intersection Improvement Project City Project Number c400805 Qualifications received after the date and time specified shall not be accepted or considered. The City of Santa Cruz is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms that will lead to a contract for construction management services for the Highway 1 & 9 Intersection Improvement Project ( "Project"). The Project is local and state funded. The Project generally involves reconfiguring the intersection to incorporate additional through lanes, turn lanes and bicycle lanes. It is anticipated that construction will take 12 months. Note: The selection of a firm to provide the described scope of services will not be made on cost but based on the consideration of qualifications-related factors contained in this Request for Proposals. Based on the evaluation of the Proposal received, a short list of the most qualified firms will be developed. The Selection Committee will interview approximately short listed firms. The City of Santa Cruz reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any irregularity or minor defects in any proposals received.
