Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The work includes but is not limited to:1. T-4 Warehouse 4: Removal of the metal roof panels and secondary roof framing members; installation of new secondary roof members, metal roofing, skylights, fall arrest anchors, ridge vents, gutters, and downspouts.2. T-4 Main Gate Guard Shack: Removal of existing roof coating system; raising of existing electrical conduits; replacement of existing vent exhaust hood; and installation of new reinforced fluid-applied membrane assembly.3. T-4 Toyota Guard Shack: Installation of new plumbing vent pipe field wrap and of sacrificial sheet between the curbed edge metal and the roof membrane.4. T-6 Main Gate Guard Shack: Removal of existing roof coating system; raising of existing electrical conduits; replacement of existing vent exhaust hood; and installation of new reinforced fluid-applied membrane assembly. Prices may vary on hard copies ordered through this site. The contractor or a subcontractor need not be licensed for asbestos work under ORS 468A.720. The bidder promises that all work under this Contract shall be substantially complete within 115 days from the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed. The bidder agrees to pay, as liquidated damages to the Port for any delay, the sum of $1,000 per day for each day of delay beyond the substantial completion date so promised Questions must be submitted electronically using the "Q&A" feature in the Port's online bidding system - July 28 5.00 PM The Port is committed to increasing small business enterprise participation in Port contracts. The Port's small business participation goal for this contract is 8 percent of the total amount bid (excluding additive alternates, if any). This contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest responsive bid who either demonstrates its commitment to meet the goal by properly submitting the Small Business Goal Compliance Report and associated Confirmation of Participation forms or who, upon the Port's request, submits adequate evidence that it made good faith efforts to meet the participation goal.
