The work includes but is not limited to:1. T-4 Warehouse 4: Removal of the metal roof panels and secondary roof framing members; installation of new secondary roof members, metal roofing, skylights, fall arrest anchors, ridge vents, gutters, and downspouts.2. T-4 Main Gate Guard Shack: Removal of existing roof coating system; raising of existing electrical conduits; replacement of existing vent exhaust hood; and installation of new reinforced fluid-applied membrane assembly.3. T-4 Toyota Guard Shack: Installation of new plumbing vent pipe field wrap and of sacrificial sheet between the curbed edge metal and the roof membrane.4. T-6 Main Gate Guard Shack: Removal of existing roof coating system; raising of existing electrical conduits; replacement of existing vent exhaust hood; and installation of new reinforced fluid-applied membrane assembly. The bidder promises that all work under this Contract shall be substantially complete within 115 days from the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed.
